His arm was out in the penalty area. The ball strikes his arm. And you dont think that is a penalty. Do you think the referee should have been advised to have a second look at the monitor.

Anyone know is there a regulation length for short sleeves? The short sleeves on these city shirts are halfway between shoulder and fucking elbow! They can say what they want but that was hand ball all day in my view.

VAR is simply used to give some integrity to refs. It needs to become operated independently if it is making outright decisions.

Unless the rules have changed this season then it has to hit from the bottom of the shirtsleeve downwards.  I thought it clearly hit the shirt sleeve.

It was 100 percent a penalty he raised his arms to control the ball. I'm astonished they looked at that and thought nothing in it.

And in any case, the referee gave offside did he not. Therfore that negates the handball shout. 

If the player was offside which he will have been the penalty call is irrelevant. Absolute charlatans

Its a tool that is being used to prove that the chimps in charge of officiating are doing a good job. Anyone who buys into that philosophy is a weak minded fool.
