They need to put a scrolling caption at the bottom of the screen like they do in F1 so you can clearly see who is leading on points overall. Relying on the commentator to update the viewers every few laps doesn't provide enough context for what is happening.

There must be some rule about the time of the news being fixed but it doesn't explain why they can't just create a dedicated channel for the duration. Or something

Which is why I suggested BBC 2 for their main channel on the Olympics, they can show all their other shite on BBC1.

Yeah, nice to see him come away with something in this gruelling event. If I was participating in this race I'd still have 60 laps to go, or more. In fact I'd probably be in the back of an ambulance with an oxygen mask on.

Not 100% sure if they can penalise after the race, think they have to pull someone up during it after the incident. I may be wrong though.
