Covid has completely fucked my appetite and interest in food for a week. Felt a bit like eating today and the youngest wanted lasagna.

Do you make your own bechemel?

 

If not try, it is really easy and takes the taste up massively.

 

I boil my milk with a clove infused onion and, genuinely, you can really taste it, its, and if I don't say so myself, fucking lovely.

Looks good - the plate border and the tablecloth print may have Moanero in a seizure.

In fact if you look upper right the rice is already giving it the finger.

No, gravy as such.

 

Just extra of the white sauce which had garlic, herbs, English mustard and a bit of leftover Comte cheese.
