Arsenal need to consider the future of “Marcel” Wenger Only managed a 2-1 lead at Anfield with a lucky deflection and a lucky rebound on the counter attack. Then played OK but failed to kill off the opposition. They then take a striker off and put on a defender to try to kill the game instead of going for it, what sort of mentallity is that. That’s twice they have failed to beat faltering Liverpool and they also lost to Man Ure. Therefore lets have a vote. Should they. 1. Sack or guillotine)him 2. send him to the Bastille 3. warn him that if he cannot beat these teams that he is probably not the man for the job and that Martin O’Neill or David O’Leary…

Thanks for the info lads. interesting appointment but then again half the job is about man management and coaching. If you can do that well at youth level, then you have a good chance at international level too. I did have the misfortune to be at Palace, hope I dont have to go there again.

Nothing to do with JC really but a couple of weeks back on the premiership here , Johnny Giles and Liam Brady where the panellists and after our game showed a clips where they said it summed us and our “style” up …………. It showed a throw in 10 yards from the half way line , JC took it , they stopped the frame and Stephane was 3 yards away from him with NO opposition player in sight but he threw it back to CK who gave it back to him now 15ish yards inside our half and he proceeded to hit it long to EhD to compete in the air for it >the ball broke loose and we lost pocession . They where saying with all that space and midfielder should be come and taking it from …

not making excuses for the way the team played but with the pitch and the fact it was an FA cup away match this would not be considered a bad ( or worse NORMAL )result /performance for us ...............except for the fact we have been for for a few months now . Again I think in the final third a bit of width would go a miss instead of turning back into the middle and into the mess ! As you mentioned Stevie G , the sight of him getting the ball in the centre circle and hitting it long for Emile to go up for a challenge in the air was disheartening to say the least but as you say where are the options !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
