Quarry:

Cinemax has released a trailer for its freshman 1970s drama, Quarry. Season one is set to debut on the premium cable outlet in 2016. Quarry stars Logan Marshall-Green, Jodi Balfour, Peter Mullan, Nikki Asuka-Bird, Damon Herriman, Jamie Hector, Edoardo Ballerini, and Skipp Sudduth. Read more about the series, and watch the first trailer, below.

Here’s how Cinemax describes Quarry:

QUARRY tells the story of Mac Conway, a Marine who returns home to Memphis from Vietnam in 1972 and finds himself shunned by those he loves and demonized by the public. As he struggles to cope with his experiences at war, Conway is drawn into a network of killing and corruption that spans the length of the Mississippi River.

This could be ace.

After bringing the zombie genre back to undead life, The Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman's next horror TV project will tackle demonic possessions with an adaptation of his and artist Paul Azaceta’s Image Comics series, Outcast.

Outcast centers around Kyle Barnes (Patrick Fugit), a young man whose loved ones have been victims of demonic possession since he was a wee child. As an adult, Kyle tries to discover what is causing those possessions with the help of hard-drinking Reverend Anderson (Philip Glenister), and why he has special abilities. But what he could uncover may have some major consequences and “mean the end of life on Earth as we know it.” Now, that doesn't sound good.

Marvel's Daredevil – season two is coming soon

Netflix has confirmed that the second season of the Charlie Cox superhero show will launch in March

The Man Without Fear (and a nice new suit) will return for a second season on 18 March 2016.

Thirteen new episodes follow last year’s noir antihero series Jessica Jones that starred Krysten Ritter and David Tennant. Marvel’s TV universe will then continue with two further spin-offs, also set in Hell’s Kitchen: Luke Cage, starring Jessica Jones co-star Mike Colter, and Iron Fist, with all four characters teaming up in Marvel’s The Defenders.

Charlie Cox returns to suit up as Matt Murdock and Daredevil, and will be taking on Frank Castle AKA The Punisher, played by The Walking Dead’s Jon Bernthal and Elodie Yung (Elektra). With Deborah Ann Woll (Karen Page), Elden Henson (Foggy Nelson), Rosario Dawson (Claire Temple), and Scott Glenn (Stick).

Strange the way this is airing. They are showing all 10 episodes of the first season in one day, then a week later the second season starts showing the episodes weekly in a traditional format. Might watch it just to see the eyebrows of Wynn Duffy again.
