Might not affect anything but I'd be a little cautious sending abusive e-mails to lawyers, remember they don't need lawyers themselves and believe me anyone can be tracked. Besides the last thing we need now is Hicks having a lawyer fired up with passion to win a case against us. Keep it clever.

I haven't sent this just getting thoughts on whether i should.

Before you play your part in helping Thomas Hicks in his legal quest to hinder the sale process of Liverpool Football club.

Tom Hicks and his Partner are not wanted at Liverpool FC the Board acted in the best interests of the business. Mr Hicks is aggrieved as he will make no profit on his catastrophic tenure of this national institution.

 

Please do the right thing. and tell Mr Hick's you can no longer represent him.

 

He and his business partner are not wanted why drag this out any longer than need be?

Err thats what im saying! People will obviously send stuff like that though so I'm trying to get it clear that it cant fuck anything up before they do.

 

I wouldnt want "Hicks lawyer hasnt had any time to prepare to due to receiving death threats from Liverpool fans so the case is delayed" or whatever to come out. I know nothing about these things so just checking.

 

I'm not asking as im going to do it myself.

Something about the worldwide fanbase being prepared to anything within the law to subvert and thwart the plans of anyone in business with Hicks should do it. It's basically what we've been doing so far.

 

But those other emails were written by more erudite folk than me. Anyone with a way with words want to draft a proposed email we can all send?

Can't think of the benefits in this one, the main benefit a lawyer will have would be to drag it out and up his fees. If he drops it another greedy bastard will pick it up. It's not like the finance mails because we can't scare the whole legal profession away from Hicks. Some mild and heartfelt pleas might just reduce the homework they do but the mileage in anything else is small. I'll drop him something even if just to fill the inbox and reduce the preparation time he has for this week. keep the e-mail titles mysterious or they'll just delete.

Exactly the problem. I doubt a Judge will be sympathetic towards us if he claims his preparation time has been affected due to mass emails.

 

Need to be very careful with this one.
