This way of listing the team annoys me far more than is reasonable.

Either put them in numerical order, in which case Kelleher would be 8th on the list, or - preferably - do it by position.

Whoever came up with this cockamamie system should be publicly flogged.

Cockaamamie - nice reference to Clint Eastwood in In the Line of Fire. Classic film that.

Fucking mad isn't it.

How Nunez is not fit though i'll never know he looked like he could run olympic steeplechase on sunday.

I think our medical department have a maximalist player welfare emphasis. Even Klopp suggested that recently when he said that he couldn't understand why Bajectic can't play.

There are some benefits to making sure a player is entirely pain free and there's nothing left on the scan, longer careers, less pain in later life etc but if trends continue we might have to start thinking - if he can run he can play.

Given the amount of re-injuries of late as much as i tend to agree with your take you wouldn't think it was so.

The fucking forest game will be a fucking nightmare if we don’t get a few back. What’s it now Salah, Jota, Nunez, Szobo, Thiago, Endo, Gravenberch, Jones, Matip, Bajcetic, Robbo and Trent.

And Allisson.

Ali

Trent Matip Bajcetic Robertson (ill)

Szoboszlai Endo Jones

Salah Nunez Jota

Subs: Thiago Gravenberch Doak.

That team finishes 2nd

You'd think if they were likely gonna be fit that they'd be on bench and maybe get a few mins in legs ahead of weekend.

It does bot bode well IMO that none of them are on bench here.

Im clutching straws but i think we are keeping our powder dry i expect a few players back for Forrest
