It's funny he's suggesting things are to be run on an outcomes basis when they're going to a final. You'd think part of working at a football club would be to get perks like this. Does he think people should do charitable work for them to help improve his outcomes? It's a weird thing to do at a time where you would think they're trying to unite the club.

It's a bold tactic to tell virtually your entire squad that you don't want them before the season has even ended and make it clear to any interested clubs that you are desperate to sell them!
