What was wrong with Fabinho?

Got done for pace down the right by one of their kids. Not much wrong other than that, from what I could tell.

I’ve only seen the highlights from last night but I watched the Dortmund game and he looked very composed in that one.

 

I’ve also just seen Guardiola not looking very happy about Klopp walking into his press conference. The fucking grouchy cunt.

Gets rid of the ball QUICKLY and is not afraid to move ahead of the play - yet still get back. Made a couple of nice tackles.

We won't have a definitive starting midfield. None of them are fit enough and there's not exactly a gulf in quality between them. It'll be Naby and two others who are in form.

Fabinho is the only specialist defensive midfielder in the squad, he’ll play the games where Klopp feels we need one, someone else will play when he decides we don’t.

 

I reckon Fabinho will start games against the top sides.

Fabinho was done for pace,by a fucking rocket of a guy. He'd beat salah in a race I'd say. If someone is faster than you, what can you do.

From what I've seen,and I've watched every minute of preseason, he's going to be brilliant for us. Once he gets the hang of our tactics and settles in, I've no doubt that he'll be superb.

He loves a tactical foul too and fuck knows we're crying out for a bit of the dark arts.

Considering how many times Henderson is unavailable due to his heel other unfortunate shit I'd say that's a moot point.  There's plenty of games to be played this season, they'll both be needed.
