On the basis that Tom Ince is tearing up the championship again , I'd say that Hughes isn't good enough yet and would be better off staying at Derby.

 

I met Hughes a few years back, and he admitted he was a Liverpool fan as a kid, but said he was very happy at Derby at the time.
