Not that Moreno or Davies are bad. But Blind and Rojo, who have both had a great world cup each, and who are available for probably less if not the same as Davies, surely we should be after the latter two?

Not that Moreno or Davies are bad. But Blind and Rojo, who have both had a great world cup each, and who are available for probably less if not the same as Davies, surely we should be after the latter two?

Rojo was quoted at a similar price to Moreno. I don't think he offered much going forward really but that was probably down to Sabella.

Moreno is another one of those who has all the qualities and potential to be a top class full back.From what i have seen, he gets shrugged off the ball easily and  has defesnive lapses but has the recovery pace to recover. 

 

He will be at the right place with better coaching he can become a great full back. 

 

Rojo wont fit into our system. Better defensively but not so great going forward.

It's seemingly a case of Moreno or Bertrand, at this point. Having seen the former only play twice and being far from impressed I'd still choose him.
