Surely Not....

Our friends at the Daily Mirror reckon that Mohamed Salah could face retrospective action from the FA after appearing to catch Stoke’s Bruno Martins Indi with a trailing arm on Saturday.

The incident was not spotted by match officials at the time, and he could be slapped with a three-match ban should the FA decide to take retrospective action.

With Salah leading Harry Kane by five goals with two games remaining, however, a suspension would give the Tottenham goal-claimer hope that he could make up the difference and break the Premier League record for goals in an individual season - of which Mo is just one away after equalling the feat at West Brom.

This surely won’t happen though, will it?

Ahmed Hegazi went unpunished for literally punching Danny Ings in the stomach last weekend.

There would be a massive uproar if Mo was given a ban after his countryman Hegazi walked free - and rightly so.

As well as hitting Mo in the face. Did that even get called a foul? Should have been a yellow at least.

I wouldn't be at all surprised to see the panel should it be reviewed who 'couldn't all agree' on Hegazi's being a red card offence sitting on this and all agreeing Mo's is....that is how bent these fuckers are.

It will be fucking laughable if he gets banned for that. Considering some of the shit they’ve let go from players like Rooney over the years. It looks like he’s trying to shrug him off. Indi doesn’t even flinch either.

Exactly, a warm fart is normally enough to send these players over with about 3 rolls afterwards.

If Salah made any connection with him at all then he'd hit the deck instantly.

It does not but jesus. He has his shirt almost ripped off his back and Marriner does not bat an eyelid. Depends if Marriner says he saw it I guess.

And considering the shit that Stoke were doling out all through that match.

Spends 90 minutes of Stoke recreating a WWE event while Marriner appears to be on the whacky-baccy & Mo should be grateful that he hasn't been done for 3 games , fuck that.

Jurgen needs to change tack next season and stop us trying to be the nice guys and deferential to refs. You would think this approach might garner respect from them but unfortunately it is quite obviously seen as weakness and they are just laughing at us. Get in their grids a bit & we might get the odd decision.
