Just read that Swinson is yet to reply to/appears to have ignored letters from Dawn Butler and Faiza Shaheen complaining about alleged racism from Lib Dem staff/councillors.

Quite shocking really.

Oh but they don't admit to their wrongdoing they just invent slander about Corbyn with no evidence because they are lying hypocrites.

I've had a bit more of a look into the Lib Dem abstention. Apparently, Labour's motion would have had no real effect if it passed and was just a way of putting on record their dissent. Something called a regret motion.

However, the "optics" aren't great for the Lib Dems and a quick peep on social media shows that it's gone down non too well with the voting public.

You are the only consistent liar on this forum so quit with the shit defence.

I don't lie, as you know.

Whereas Nelly lied when he said Swinson doesn't slag off Johnson, because it's factually untrue, as you can see from the three recent examples I posted. It's called evidence.

I caught you out for it a few months back. You even admitted it in your own way.

She defo does slag off Johnson though, although she would suck his dick for a coalition to be deputy.

I didn't say she doesn't slag off Johnson. More lies from the yellow Tory troll.

That she's got a hard on for Corbyn isn't being acknowledged just by me. It's being recognised by the hundreds of people commenting on her tweets, including FBPE folks and actual Lib Dem supporters. Who all seem fairly frustrated and perplexed by it all.

See the replies on this, for example. Not every Lib Dem supporter is a cultist and some can even bring themselves to criticise the party.

Swinson won't be happy that she's criticised Johnson and deviated from the only slag off Corbyn party line.

Only one troll here. But I'm happy that you are backtracking on your earlier claim that Swinson has an "only slag off Corbyn party line", given that it's proven to be untrue.

She's in there quick with the usual line. "Our country deserves so much better than Boris Johnson, who I despise because I voted for his deal and let him fruit me at an informal party drinks evening and he still didn’t give me a cabinet position, and Jeremy Corbyn".

Fixed it for her.

Antoinette Sandbach has joined the Lib-Dems.

There's an irony about "the anti-Brexit party" flinging open its doors to the flotsam of the Westminster political class. Much of the 2016 Leave vote is believed to have been a protest against a remote and unrepresentative political establishment: "they" don't care about us; "they" don't have any principles; "they" are only in it for themselves; "they" are all the same. The Lib-Dems' actions only reinforce those perceptions and risk driving disengaged and disenchanted voters to more misguided votes against their own interests.
