I've not seen exact quotes but I somehow doubt he said it exactly like that. He used to play for PSG hence why the media make those links.

The exact quotes. He previously said he isn't interested in leaving Spurs now but if PSG get rid of Blanc and give him an ultimatum/job offer it's hard to believe he would turn them down. Let's face it, 2nd place is about Spurs' ceiling anyways and he may feel PSG is the place to realize his ambitions.
