Yes,he won but not by as wide a margin as he was given.

 

Work to do but he's in it to win it.

Mens 56 and 91 today

I think Anothony Joshua has the chinese boxer whois a good kid,Joshua was lucky to get the shout over the Cuban.

Apparently Ennis isn't going to compete again but Mo Farah is.

 

Its going to be more difficult for Ennis i'd imagine while Farah is at his peak. The top Africans are still very competitive well into their 30s so at 29 he's got at least another Olympics in him or possibly two.

 

As for Ennis,I think she realises that there are lots of younger heptathletes who will be at their peak in 4 years as she was very young when she first hit the big time. She also will know her ow capabilities better than anybody else.

I imagine he's the lad I mentioned earlier and didn't look one of GBs better boxers but he might have learned from his last bout.

Morning all. Women's marathon starts at 11.00....giving me enough time to get out on my bike first.....*polishes halo*

 

As a borderline tee totaller I too have prepared by exercising this morning. 10k on the cross and 13k on the bike. Going to destroy that now by having some bacon sarnies but the thought was there.
