Agree with In Utero being their best, just raw music right there belting out of your speakers. No refinements or anything, just boss music. I think Tourette's is my favourite off it.

Agree with all that. In Utero blew me away when i heard it first.

Guest The Chimp

Pink Floyd - Animals. Maybe Thin Lizzy - Life Live. As others have said it changes from time to time but these two are always in my top five.

Hard to choose a favourite album as moods change. Something by either the Pixies or Floyd (Doolittle or Dark Side). Honorable mentions to The Doors and REM. (Self titled first album or Automatic).

In the Aeroplane Over the Sea - by Neutral Milk Hotel

Still a classic listen. I remember someone on RAWK turning me onto it, about the only good thing to come from my RAWK days.

Also, along the same lines, the album 'The Modern Lovers', by 'The Modern Lovers'.

Two ground-breaking albums, I could listen to them over and over.

Theres plenty of albums I love and every few months I will have a current favourite, but the one album I go back to all the time and I utterly love from the first song to the last is Appetite for Destruction by Guns n Roses. Not a filler in it and every song a belter.
