Busy times in our office coupled with the international break has meant not a lot of local footy talk in our office.  However, today I've asked how the manager situation is going on:

 

• Big Sam desperately wanted the job BUT Palace are still paying his settlement.  Moshiri wanted to buy him out of that but Palace refused. 
• Simeone is the one heavily linked and money talks.  Even though Ath Madrid are in the champions league every year and do really well they might not be paying him that well
• Silva is a great choice, he got most of Hulls points when he steered them down into the championship.  He'll be happy to take a 2 year contract and be paid off in the summer though
