He's a fucking cunt, plain and simple. Playing dumb about the club's finances and claiming not to know what's going on, this after spunking £20m away in January after him claiming he wouldn't spend the owner's money when he arrived. It's always somebody else's fault with 'Arry. The foreigners, the higher paid payers, the previous managers etc. Love to see him sacked and see what utter shit he would come out with then.

To be fair to Redknapp this time the QPR mess wasn't his making, yeah they had a splurge in Jan on Remy and Samba and a few loans but they had to do something to try and stay up.

 

The damage had already been done by Hughes/Fernandes, they were never staying up in a million years no matter who came in.

Couldn't care less and I doubt 'arry will either. If the owners were stupid enough to hire him when they were fucked anyway and let him spend millions then more fool them. They should have cut their losses and stuck with Colin Wanker . Horrible club anyway as anyone ever having had the misfortune to visit Loftus road will testify.

I heard they spent the entire 3 seasons parachute payments for being relegated this season all in one go, in an attempt to keep them up.

 

If they havent got release clauses or wage reducation clauses in the players contracts then they are fucked

Fair enough that doesn't point to him doing a very good job, he hasn't but it does seem a bit unfair to heap the majority of the blame on Redknapp this time though, Hughes is the real culprit, nothing short of a disaster since he came in for Warnock.

 

The damage was done by Hughes signing all those shit house mercenaries, i don't think/didn't expect anyone would of kept that lot up this season once Hughes had been sacked.

Redknapp is a fucking fraud but as he's the media's darling it's unlikely we'll see these stats splashed around much in the coming weeks and months.

people seem to go way too far on either side of the Redknapp scale, he is a half decent manager who has done a couple of shit jobs (Southampton, QPR), does tend to spend a lot but ultimately thats down to the board but he is quite clearly a bit of a dodgy fucker and his reputation definately exceeds him

 

Hughes is just plain awful but to be fair to both him and Redknapp a squad with the likes of Granero, Park, Bosingwa, Remy, Samba, Hoilett, Mbia,Taraabt and Cesar in it should comfortably be able to stay up but most of them have just not been arsed at all and they've had to rely on cloggers like Nelson, Hill and Derry
