Sounds a bit much that mate. When you lose weight quickly your body 'panics' and starts storing more fat, it will become harder and harder for you to lose and you if and when you do start eating properly again - you will pile it on as quickly as you've lost it. Tom is right, small lifestyle changes are the key. Walk more, cut down on sugar and saturated fat - job's a a good'un.

Thats all I have done, Eaten healthy food, i, e pasta and rice ect. made sure I have had 5 a day at least of fruit and veg and only drank water.

I have cut out bread and cheese, and all beer and vino (for the time being) did a spinning class on Sat which i am gonna do once a week.

I reckon the biggest factor is not drinking tea. I used to have 10 cups at least a day with 2 sugars in. There has been no dangerous dieting just normal healthy choices.

Well done, mate. if you maintain that weight for another two days, it'll only be 2.5ils a week, that's not too fast at all. The general rule is 1-2ilbs a week for healthy weight loss.

Tea isn't bad for you. Just don't have the sugar.

Also, bread and cheese is part of a healthy sustainable lifestyle change(diet is almost a bad word), just don't overindulge.

Sugar in tea is fucking disgusting.

Well, so is your mum, fuckhead.

To be fair, if I was drinking 10 cups of tea a day, there is no way I'd have sugar. That's 400 calories.
