We have been sadly lacking a Dark Side, since Darth McMahon really. I'm not sure DV would adapt to the pace of the Prem tho - he'd be halfway through one of his wheezing monologues and the ball would be gone. Yoda showed that DV isn't too mobile and vulnerable to attack by agile dwarfs (Defoe etc).

 

With a bit of training from Master Rafa, Crouch could be dangerous - it would be hard to tell the flailing limbs from the light sabre.
