Likely to be off for a good while, and Elite already has a Blackburn player, so have whittled down my full back choices to take Mr Henning Berg. Could make an excellent team in this game out of ex-United players who have won the League Cup for another side (unfortunately).

@Dynamite your up. Finished out as everyone has a Manc. Was going to pick Denis Irwin but remember you inbreds wouldn't recognise him as a right back even though he started his career there and played all his Ireland games there.

Irwin was an excellent incredible fullback, and that’s not just because I’m from Irish cork stock.

 

But he wasn’t a RB even if he had played there.

Agreed, excellent LB. Not sure about RB. Probably the second best early 90s left back, behind only Nigel Winterburn.

Gutting. I deliberated between Watson + Fabregas against Carvalho and Unnamed midfielder for a while. Went with the former and Dynamite has blown it apart.
