The frustrating thing for me is that he had to play sturridge and benteke when fit so why has he been pissing about with 1 up front. He should have stuck ings in to replace Sturridge up front and at least tried to get some cohesion and pattern. Another formation change ?

If as rumoured benteke and Sturridge play and one is out wide on the wing today I'm going to flip and write a strongly worded letter to the guardian

It could be 3-4-3 with Cou and Sturridge out wide, and Benteke in another post code.

 

The days of knowing the formation based on the players have gone.
