My only question marks are over his fitness. I remember we were linked with him when he left Marseille, and the stories about his knees came out. Still he's managed decent outings so far and I sort of trust our medical team to do his medical properly. Aquilani and a drunk Geordie falling off a bar stool notwithstanding.

 

Sturridge suffers with niggling injuries, last thing we need is another striker with the same.
