New phone

Recommended Posts

I currently have a Blackberry and if you just want a phone for texting, phone and twitter then they are fine. The thing is with them is that you find that apps are not a priority and they either don't get made or are last in the pecking order.

I still have another 18 months left on my contract and may be tempted to hang on to my current phone as 4G licences are due to go on auction this year sometime. Therefore in the next few years 4G phones will be brought out, and you know that as soon as my current contract expires and I buy a new phone 4G phones will be released.

Well I found (hotukdeals) a HTC One X on affordable mobiles in a 3 contract. 2000 minutes, 5000 texts and unlimited data with tethering (The One Plan) with an iPod Shuffle, £40 cash back for £25 a month. So I cancelled my previous and went for that. Oh there's a £117.99 upfront charge and affordable takes ages to confirm anything but if it comes off it will be a great deal.

I've started using Juice Defender for Galaxy Ace. It's a nice phone but I've noticed more and more that the battery is shit. Juice Defender is doubling my battery life at least.
