My advice would be to move to Ellesmere Port.

We don't have any of the things you mention, but you'll soon come to appreciate Cork.

I used to go to Sir Henrys, over 10 years ago now, anyway, I hadn't been in Cork sine then and went this summer for a weekend, I can honestly say, and I'm not exaggerating here, that the place has not changed one iota, actually, I tell a lie, it looks like it stuck in 1980.

Seems worse buddy, the place is on a consistent downfall! One of the first times in my life I am almost ashamed to say where I am from!

Shame, why don't you retrain in a trade, something they want over there like plumbing, electrics etc, that way not only will they have you back they'll roll out the red carpet. Something to aim for anyway.
