As for me -- in no particular order, UK: Liverpool, Grasmere, London, Harlow and a little village near Exeter; Canada: Toronto, Montreal, St Johns, Edmonton, Yellowknife, Vancouver; other: Amsterdam, Paris, Caracas, Anaco, Guanajuato.

 

Spent a good chunk of time in the states, but never proper lived there or anything.
