Let's say Carra and Stevie cosied up to Cecil, demanded an English manager and wanted Rafa's head on a platter.

 

Let's say that Nando hates playing under Roy in the Emile Heskey role and that Reina is unhappy about being retrained as an English style keeper.

 

Let's say there are two factions in the squad, we'll call them little Englander and Johnny foreigner.

 

Let's say the little Englander camp is headed by Carra/ Stevie and the johnny foreigner camp is led by Nando/Pepe

 

 

Which gruesome twosome do we lose?

 

Ditch Pepe/Nando or Carra/Stevie please!

Yep. Didn't Rafa travel to Portugal in Euro 2004 to 'sell' his ideas to Carra and Gerrard ahead of the new season? And didn't Roy have to do the same with Torres and others this summer?

 

In that regard, I hope we get a disciplinarian in, somebody who takes no shit from any player, regardless of reputation.
