How the fuck does that cunting pizza merchant Kirdi still get column inches related to us? I mean, really, how? We're the top football story on the BBC, and somehow in the middle of that article is quotes from Yahya Meatlovers With Extra Cheese Kirdi.

 

Anyway, like others I remain very curious about the Asian bid. Not a word being breathed about it apart from one internet rumour that I believe has been about and done the rounds once before. There's another player in this game and we don't know who it is.

If this is all true... Then I can't help wondering: have they really had a chance to study these bids in detail? I mean, its all coming out like a shot -- yesterday they're saying we're going to have a look at these bids and see what we think, then this morning we're sold? Once bitten and all that.

BBC 7am news reporting Hicks thinks both bids undervalue the club. No mention of a done-deal.

 

Mark Kleinman on Sky News just said the club has been sold to the Boston Red Sox owners.

 

On the ticker at the bottom, announcement in the next half hour.
