Busquets is not the most elegant of the players, but he seemed to be one of the first ones on the team sheet for Spain. Possibly a world cup winning manager is on to something.

He does the job the coach asks him to do, in the last game against Germany he handled the highly rated Ozil well. I didn't know we measured defensive midfielders on their goal contribution either.

 

Spain also had a pretty impressive defensive record so I would assume that is more of a confirmation of his input rather than his goals scored.
