It's always annoyed me that besides injuries he will not make tactical changes earlier. We can see the problems, why can't he?

We're far too predictable, teams know they have at least 60 minutes to play on our vulnerabilities.

True but maybe its another reason all together. Having someone come on around the 60th mark will have more of an impact on the game than somone you will come on around the 50th minute. Cluthcing at straws here but a double sub at 60 can change the whole look on that team e.g Patches and Maxi.

He is not passed his best and frankly I dont like the way you stated that about one of our defenders, let alone one that epitomises the Liverpool Way.

He might not be at his best but I feel that much better knowing that he is in there doing the best he can, which is a hell of a lot more than I can say for some of our other players.

So it was ok to rip the shit out of players who have been trying? Carra has not been upto scratch for ages and he hasnt been anywhere near our best defender for along time. He shouldn't be starting every game and if you feel safer having him on you clearly haven't been watching our games. I have great love for him but i will admit when i think someone isn't at the level to be a starter anymore.

This is baffling. I have defended Benitez and have seen the reasons behind the team selections. This one is odd even to me. And the match will be a massive bore as Stoke never plays football. We have chosen a hoofball team, as well. Sad, no matter the result.

I told you yesterday that he would try to park the bus against Stoke. It's revenge for last season and if we don't get beat today all our supporters will celebrate like we've just won the league as well.

Ah well, let's just win. I don't care how. Aquilani and Maxi will hopefully come on in the second half and make an impact.

I agree that he is not at his best, but the Agger - Skretl axis is still stuck in theory land and The Greek is nowhere near as experienced as I would like him to be.

To say that he has a dip in form is fine, to say that he is not a starte anymore because of it is a tad overkill.

Oh and I have been watching our games.

Thompson ruling on sky sports.

Fairplay to him he is sticking to his guns and supporting the manager but his argument today about the players not being good enough actually makes Rafa come out badly considering he was the person who signed them. Had a go at Babel and rightly so, he seemed piss off at him and his attitude.

Agreed and repped, let's fucking have 'em.

I'd love to join in in this positivity, but the fact of the matter is that is one of the worst line ups I can remember for a league game ever.

Stoke will be delighted with that starting an eleven and will fully expect to win, while I wouldn't be surprised if our lads went out expecting to get nothing from this.

I'm shitting it.
