That's terrible treatment by the Police, something that we as match goers have had to endure on many many occasions. It seems that if you're protesting or in the vicinity of a protest the same treatment can be applied.

That man died of a heart attack, I'd guess he would have died of one shortly regardless of the Police but that attack must have triggered it on that day.

I initially wrote out a pretty long, balanced post on the whole thing and then realised 'fuck it, you've all already made up your mind and your opinions can't be challenged anyway'.

I'd be interested in reading your point of view.

Isn't that what you do, defend the police at all costs without knowing the full facts?

I'd say post it anyway - I'm somewhat intrigued as to how the wanton slaughter of an unarmed man can be presented in a balanced way!

Needless to say, I think that video depicts what we call an open and shut case.

Or to put it another way, Chris: if I went up to a guy in the street and belted him in the back of a head with a 2 by 4 for no reason, causing him to suffer a massive heart attack and die, then it's a reasonable bet I wouldn't be seeing daylight for a decade or two.
