Was the hottest property in English football 4 months ago. Was he flash-in-the-pan or have Wigan just got shitter?

 

I bought him for my Fantasy League side. It is the kiss of death. I have also bought Deko, Evra, and Agbonlahor. Two months ago I signed Delap.

 

Last week, last fucking week mind, I finally sold Delap (and Lampard).

 

I promise, I will sell Mascherano, Agger and Gerrard next week.

 

It's a curse, I tells ya.

In all seriousness I thought Wigan were making a mistake signing him, back in Egypt I don't remember anyone really thinking he was that good of a player, despite his good goal scoring record for the country. Even Zamalec supporters themselves didn't really rate him, some even branded him a bit of a donkey.

 

He's a confidence player, if he's not feeling up for it he can be monumentally shit and miss the easiest of chances, when he is up for it well..he can score a bloody bicycle kick against Liverpool!

Yes i wish we made those kind of mistakes in the transfer market! for what they paid to take him on loan he has been unbelievable value.

Wasn't he classed as one of the most prolific strikers in the world on international level?

Sign Vidic and Berbatov, and maybe Ronaldo just too be sure before he gets back to his best.

He was statistically the best striker in the world. Goes to show you can prove anything with stats

Thats ace. I rate any player who can score the goals he did at Anfield. They were both very well taken but if he played like that every week , he'd not be playing alongside Heskey.

 

He's on loan so he would. :whistle:
