I will tell them they have nothing to be ashamed of. I will expect people to respect that they are different and not discriminate against them in any walk of life. But I would not force anyone to carry a flag in their support nor hate anyone for not carrying a flag in their support. I would also be sad that they won’t be able to reproduce and experience what it means to be a biological father or mother. But I will not show them that I was sad.

I’d laugh and ask them why they even felt the need to tell me because it doesn’t matter. Why should it matter as long as they are happy and safe? 
 

If my daughter asked me to neck a fella to make her feel better if she was gay, I’d chew the face off anyone and not be arsed because it’s not a big deal. Who gives a fuck?
