Agree they have a little more focus on them but I think it is the opposite - Flanagan only became the new Cafu cuz of where he was from.

I think from what i've seen from Jones is that he very good in general build up play, has great touch and vision, but he's lacking the final bit currently - the assist, the goal, the wow moment. He's had a few moments, but not enough in my opinion. He's needs to take more risks, be braver and be prepared to loose the ball now and again, instead of being 'mr tidy' link up man. I'm yet to see him take a game by the scruff of the neck, score a winner, or do something massive in a game. Compare him to Fowler or Owen when they where coming through and you'll see that with those two players, there was no doubt that they where going to be there at the very highest level.
