Patrice Evra is talking absolute shite. No surprise. Getting ripped apart by the rest of the panel.

He'll be crying racism soon.

It obviously wasn’t a foul on De Gea, and the goal obviously should’ve stood, but... those have generally been disallowed every time they’ve happened for the past 10 years or so, so I’m astonished the ref didn’t blow straight away.

because of that, I’m actually not surprised or outraged that it was subsequently ruled out.

thats the thing with VAR though, it should be officiating on what it sees, but it often seems to be used to officiate based on something different.

They'll tire the second half, they've had to work really hard to keep up with us, which will create more space to exploit.

I think they will be up for it. Dodged a couple of bullets so far which could give them a lift

Owen and Van Persie on my telecast both saying there is no foul on De Gea - certainly not "clear and obvious" enough to be VARred out.

And they're quite right.

Hands by his side, eyes on the ball, challenging for the ball.

"You ARE allowed to challenge for the ball" - Owen.

Twas a goal.

I reckon Keane and Souness are going to beat the shit out of Evra before the end of the programme.

We need a bit of that.

We can dwell on that , the team better not or it might end badly

I don't think the team are dwelling on it.

I am.
