New Draft Idea - Mixed

Players can’t be picked twice - right? I.e cannot have Kluivert - Barca / Kluivert - Ajax. If the criteria we judge players by is their full career, then doesn’t make much sense to have multiple club versions of a player floating around (ps - Kluivert was over rated)

 

The player can only be picked once in the draft. Regardless of the team the pickee assigns the player too. That player can't be picked elsewhere. In some other realm these sides actually play each other and mine always win. Having 2 of the same player would just fuck with the equilibrium.

So, in the picking rounds, we'll have to just say "I choose Patrick Kluivert, Barcelona" and then you can't wait two rounds and then say "No, I have decided to make Kluivert my Ajax pick so I can get another Barca player."

 

And of course, as you say, once a player is picked he should be gone from all the other teams he played for as well.

 

Are we just waiting until we get enough people or is there a predetermined time that the draft will start? I'm a bit ahead of the rest of you in time zones so I don't want to hold everyone else up when it's my turn.

No you cant change anything once the next person has picked.

Last time we did this you were free to change that parkbof the oick. Makes sense if you can as it doesn't change the player you picked. So if you picked Kluicert you coild leave the team empty till the end
