You need to pick a player not from the countries listed as exlcuded - one player, whoever you want, obviously as you're first you should consider picking someone really good like Torben Piechnik.

 

Then you have to, when your turns come around again, pick another one (in fact, it will be two for you on subsequent picks) until you have a full XI.  Obviously you can't pick players who have been picked.

Any player and it can be any player from any era. Doesn't have to be a current player.  Essentially, what you want to do right now is pick the best player there has ever been from a nation other than those excluded.
