Beef curry. Started from scratch this afternoon and been cooking slowly for a couple of hours. The rosé is lovely too.

Missus has been feeling I’ll for about 3 weeks and is doing panto at the moment (local am dram) with 2 shows Saturday and one today, so I said I’d come round and cook us a dinner.

 

made a veggie massamam curry with rice and homemade sweet corn fritters cooked in the air fryer.

 

was absolutely outstanding.
