We have the boys with us today and seeing as they have Irish heritage it shames me they don’t like a roast dinner. 
 

So I’m marinating a leg on lamb in a yogurt, chickpea, lemon, garlic, rosemary and thyme crust for tomorrow.

My daughter and her mate have been reading the lemony snicket books and so wanted to cook pasta putanesca, which I'd never heard of.

 

They've absolutely smashed it, honestly.
