Think I'm one of a handful of people that's never set foot in or ordered from Nandos.

Bought the sauces but they are bang average to be honest.

If you like chicken thighs I'd suggest giving it a try.

Visited a lot of chicken farms in my job, didn't eat that shit for years. Finally relented when the kids got older as it was making the shopping bill go up too much by always have to buy beef or lamb. Always buy the best chicken you can, those £2.99 birds you see in Aldi or Lidl are reared in places that you would not believe.

And most of them ate their parents

I don't mind them with the skin on but it isn't the only way to get crispy, flavoursome roasties. Par-boil, rough them up with salt and semolina, throw in to hot oil, high heat for 20 minutes then a lower temperature for 40 minutes or so.

It's all a bit Nigella Lawson, but it works!

Or you could leave the skin on! With either method, I like to take them out 15 minutes before they are done and squish them slightly to increase crispy surface area

These are all also very pleasant if you are trying to stay off the booze. They are also a good barometer of whether you are being ripped off. They are 75p a can if you buy the coop multi pack compared to £2.50 a can on the concourse at Waterloo station. Thieving cunts.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, sugar tax has absolutely ruined San Pellegrino Limonata.

I absolutely love lemonade but thy are far too lemony for me. Their blood orange and orange cans are divine though.
