HR -anyone working in HR IMHO is a twat. It's usually staffed by the people who couldn't hack in the real world and so they go to hide in HR. That then means the talent pool is tiny so the ones who 'rise' to the top are usually so far out of their depth it's untrue.

 

Yep, exactly that at my work place. One person in HR with any brains is over worked while her manager swans around doing the square route of fuck all and when you ask them for a piece of work expected from them they tell you "I don't function well when harassed!"
