Mondays will see the Global Edition of the show, with Tuesdays-Fridays being the previous night's US episode.

I had something series linked on more 4, possibly Grand Designs and this was on after it.

 

I used to have the first few minutes recorded and enjoyed it so much I then started to record this. Brilliant programme.

The Colbert Report isn't on anymore is it? I used to like that even more than the Daily Show. I'm sure they stopped showing it on FX over here and that he went on to quit (postpone) the show to look after his ill mother.

Daily show is superb. Jon Stewart is a truly hilarious man. Also a good impressionist, some of his voices are spot on.

It would seem Colbert's show was only temporarily taken off air and it now back. Does anyone know how the hell I can get The Colbert Report in the UK? It's unavailable to watch on the Colbert Nation website due to trying to view it from here.

Hugh Grant blasted by Jon Stewart

 

 

Talk show host takes the British actor to task over being rude to staff

 

Hugh Grant will never be asked back onto Jon Stewart's 'The Daily Show', after he was reportedly rude to staff.

 

The US TV host also branded the British actor 'a big pain in the ass'.

 

Stewart was speaking at a fundraiser for the Montclair Film Festival in New Jersey when he revealed his disdain for Grant.

 

“He's giving everyone shit the whole time, and he's a big pain in the ass. And we've had dictators on the show,” he said.

 

Stewart also revealed Grant's displeasure at the clip they showed of his film 'Did You Hear About The Morgans?' during their interview.

 

Grant reportedly said: “What is that clip? It's a terrible clip,” to which Stewart quickly shot back: “Well, then make a better fucking movie.”

 

Stewart is known for his up-front style of interviewing, taking on politicians, presidents and celebrities on his Comedy Central show.

 

Love that come back from Stewart.
