What would you celebrate the most?

  1. 1. What would you celebrate the most?

    • Winning a cup at Wembley?
    • Winning a game against Benfica in the CL?
    • I've never been to a game in my life so I would not know.

I've decided to make the Benfica game a Champions League final. So, er, that.

Glad I hadn't voted for finding that out, I'll go for this too.

Ah, the theme of this thread has its origins in a Code post from another thread a few days ago. You could substitute Benfica with Real Betis, Anderlecht (twice), PSV, Galatasaray, Bordeaux (twice), Barcelona, PSV again (twice), Chelsea, Besiktas, Porto, Marseille, Inter, Arsenal, Marseille again (twice), PSV yet again (twice), Real Madrid (twice) or Debrecen (twice) - CL wins which ultimately did not result in a trophy.

Therefore, the best answer is to beat Benfica in a CL final. Whether you've ever been to a game or not doesn't matter.

It's not a simple question because unfortunately you haven't laid it out clearly enough.

I'd rather win the FA cup final than any match prior to the quarter finals of the champions league.

If it's the quarter finals or onwards i'd prefer to win the champions league match, especially if i thought we had a chance of winning.
