Anyone here know how to work it out if you were on a temp contract for 13 weeks?

you'll probably get none. I imagine a short term contract like that doesnt offer any holidays. If you take em you just won't get paid. What you can ask as some contract work does offer holiday entitlement if you work a solid month you might get 1.5 days or something. But usually thats for long term contracts say 6-12 months.

It seems that I was wrong. I was working on the old rules. It's not 12 or 20. It from the moment you step over the front door.
