Pacheco has looked really good in a sort of Pirlo role. Saying that, it's a highly accomplished line up all round with loads of technical ability in attack. Both Mendy and Bruna seem to have filled out so aren't getting physically bullied like they used to. Only 1-0 still, and not really that many chances created, but loads of clever passing and movement.

Jesus, I really think that our reserve team is genuinly better then our 1st team. The pace we move the ball around along with the movement and touches and awareness is really good. 30 mins into the reserve game and it's the best ball movement 've seen from a team in Liverpool red this season.

 

I'd love to hear Spearings genuine feelings on the comparision between the 2 teams he's played with this season.

 

I wonder if they still do them weekly ressies v 1st team games in training?

 

Don't get people who don't rate Pacheco. And before you say Kenny doesn't rate him, he does, he wouldnt be on the bench if he didnt.

For me, Wisdom and Pacheco stood out today. Almost everyone did well, but Saric had a tough time against big defenders.

 

We're now at the top of the league, so probably there will be both a Youth Cup final, and a Reserve Play Off Final at Anfield in May!
