Headliners wont be released till May apparently.

Its due to Eavis wanting the headliners to be able to announce there own headline tours and they can make their money that way...

And so the Boss himself has just announced a gig in hyde park on the 28th of June which to me pretty much confirms he'll be playing Glasto on the Friday/Saturday night.

The Man Who Told Everything

The Cedar Room

Firesuite

There Goes The Fear

Walk in Fire

Black and White Town

Sky Starts Falling

Jetstream

Plus loads of good remixes and b-sides

I just think that due to being part of the whole Hacienda thing, they're one of the few indie bands around that can use sequencers and basslines properly. Plus they sound a bit like Ride. And on the last LP they started using loads of Northern Soul breaks and basslines. I always thought they were rubbish till a few years back, but now I love 'em.

Cheers Olly. I'll have a looksie to see if they're on emusic. I've not heard the sounding like Ride connection.

Bugger, they're not. Looks like it'll be a youtube session if I can find them.

They just use a lot of the same effects pedals! I know that jetstream off the new album is on youtube, as is the new single, kingdom of rust, which is by numbers but sounds a bit like a spaghetti western.
