Yep I don't think we even saw peak Ali due to his layoff. Probably at his best we saw v Williams or foley

Exactly mate. That was about as close as you would have got to seeing a peak Ali before Uncle Sam intervened.

According to compubox Williams landed 10 punches on Ali. However Bill Cayton (ironically Tyson first manager) and Ali biographer said the true number was 3.

I think peak Ali vs Peak Tyson, Tyson would not have laid a glove on him. Ali would be running away backwards jabbing the eyes out of Tyson. Tyson would be black and blue, frustrated and reckless and then bang Ali would drop him.

Disagree-  Tyson smashes him in the chin, he gets up, then pummels the body.

Who knows

Ali was psychologically years ahead of everybody with the mind games. He'd sussed them out beforehand and made them mad so they'd try to knock him out and blow out their arse before he'd step in and finish them. He was also a light heavy to begin with so was naturally faster and quicker around the ring. Ironically with the young Tyson, just his ferociousness and quiet nature scared his opponents shitless. But once they'd seen the Buster Douglas fiasco they knew he was no longer as formidable and the mask slipped. That was his own making though of course. If Cus D'Amato had have lived a couple of extra years then Tyson would have been much better adjusted for the problems in his career but he was so self destructive who knows?

Really hope he sparks out Jake Paul and it's not just some glorified exhibition.

Rapist vs a publicity whore? Can't they both lose?
