He's a proper pop star, Jarvis. He's everything Morrissey aspires to (i.e. to be stylish, articulate, dangerous, elegantly jaded and clever), but is too old and predictable to pull off these days. Latest album a wowser by all accounts as well. Can't wait.

I think Morrissey really aspires to be a prick and he's making a brilliant effort of it in my opinion.

I honestly think he's one of the best lyricists this country has produced for years. Intelligent, arch, whymsical and bitter in equal measure.
