This game is a must win but preserve energy rotate game. Get another second half and on to the next game where we’ll deffo

need to dig in more. Players coming back is a bonus.

Hope Jota is fit soon.

Gomez getting involved alot, but it's way too slow and he needs to cut inside all the time. I'd bring Kostas on to help Diaz out on the left, and Harvey for Gravenberch to inject a bit of urgency. Wouldn't be averse to seeing Danns for Mo later on either. He's hugging the touchline too much, so most of his touches are backwards. Need another couple of goals fairly quickly to stop this getting unnecessarily nervy.

Is Atwell determined to just play advantage whenever our players are fouled and then not bring it back when there is no advantage?

Anyway for the love of fuck please start putting ball in back of net, cant take another game with 30 odd shots and barely anything to show for it.

Well that was a bit painful to watch, thank god they gifted us the goal. That said it would probably have looked different if we hadnt scored, as we seemed to take our foot off the pedal as soon as we scored. We seem to have entered energy saving mode, and that’s an extremely dangerous strategy at 1-0.

Mac Allister has been out best player, closely followed by Diaz imo. Salah and Bradley also decent. As a team however we’ve been poor, and are lucky to be ahead against the worst team in the league.

Hopefully Klopp can wake them up at half time, if not we may actually manage to waste points here.

As often happens this season, we're just too slow to move the ball on. Take Konate late on - he gets the ball, loads of space around him, but takes about four touches before passing it forwards. After the keeper got caught out we should have been bombarding his goal, but the last pass has been too slow.

I feel sorry for Gravenberch - he's a promising player, in spite of the predictable criticisms, but he clearly has zero confidence. He'd be better off taking some risks rather than playing as he currently is.

Oh yes, and that female co-commentator's strange attempt to sound like a comic impersonation of a stereotypical male pundit is really tiresome!
