Another fucking international break. 

 

How about:

 

  • Has to have made pro debut on or AFTER 1/1/1990
  • Has to be RETIRED from professional football
  • Minimum 2 Italian Players
  • Minimum 2 English Players 
  • No more than 2 players to have played for the same club

I might be in. Got an idea but don't know if it'll be too hard. How about:

 

* Must be a full international for their country and must have made their debut on, or after, the 1st January 1985.

* Must have no more than 20 international caps for their country.

* In the case of players who have been capped for two countries, i.e. Zaha, then the country he has the most caps for is the one that counts.

 

Feel free to modify that if you can think of some better suggestions.

What about the Sami Hyypia Draft?

 

You have to get a player for each of these 11 categories, linked to Sami Hyypia:

 

1) A player who played in the same club match as Hyypia.  Same team or opposition player but they both have to have played minutes.

 

2) A player who has dyed their hair - provide proof.

 

3) A player who is 6'4 the same height as Hyypia

 

4) A player with the surname beginning with the letter S for Sami.

 

5) A player with the surname beginning with the letter H for Hyypia.

 

6) A player born in 1973

 

7) A player born in October.

 

8) A player who was in the 2005 CL competition, from the Group stages.

 

9) A player who was in a 2001 Uefa Cup competition

 

10) A player who has scored vs Juventus

 

11) A player who played in the same International match (not friendlies) as Hyypia.  Same team or opposition player but they both have to have played minutes. 

 

Thoughts?

Can take out the need for minimum 2 English and Italian players, change the debut date to 85 and also limit the caps to 20?

Yeah i'm not too keen on the cap limit. Swerve that. Keep to the original rules at the start of the thread. Happy for someone else to take the lead on the next one. Will go at 8.
